DESCRIPTION
Each 5 mL delivers:
Calcium Carbonate 1250 mg (equivalent to 500 mg elemental Calcium).
Sodium Content: 0 mg per 5 mL.

INDICATIONS
For use in the prevention of calcium deficiency when needed, or directed by a physician.

CAUTION
As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product.

WARNINGS
Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control
center immediately.

DIRECTIONS
This product supplied as 5 mL Patient CupsTM is for use only at the direction of a physician and under professional supervision. Except in unit
dose quantities the usual dose is 5 mL two to three times daily with meals, or as directed by a physician.
10 mL of suspension provides 1000 mg Calcium, 100% U.S. RDA for adult and children 12 or more years of age.

Inactive Ingredients:
The suspension contains flavoring, glycol, methylparaben, propylparaben, sorbitol, water, and other ingredients.
Store at Controlled Room Temperature
15°-30°C (59°-86°F)
