Seller Policies

Return Policy
All online purchases from Castaway Fishing Supply may be returned within 30 days of purchase if the item is in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged. Products damaged during shipping will be covered by the freight companies insurance policy if applicable. All freight charges for returning merchandise will be paid by the buyer. Freight is nonrefundable. Merchandise may also be returned to our Smithfield, NC location in person with copy of receipt. |
Shipping Policy
We charge a flat rate of $5.95 on all order under $100. Orders over $100 qualify for free freight with the exception of certain oversized items such as rods. |
