Refund policy
Bella Modern accepts returns for items which are in original condition and packaging. Shipping/ freight fees are not refundable. If you would like to return an item, please contact us immediately so that we may give you return shipping information. Large furniture item returns must be approved in advance.
Once the item is received and inspected, we can begin processing the refund as long as all conditions have been met. |
Important Shipping Information
Bella Modern specializes in high quality iconic designs at incredible values. We make sure that our suppliers package our items as safely and efficiently as possible so that they arrive to our customers in pristine condition.
Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery. Damages to packaging must be notated on the delivery manifest with your delivery driver. This assures you a fast resolution to any possible damage issue.
In the rare event that you discover a manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately. We will need detailed digital images of the damage so that we may address the issue and get replacements sent as soon as possible through our manufacturer. |
Estimated Time of Arrival
Bella Modern strives to ship all items as fast as possible. Most items ship within one week. However, our standard ETA is now 2-4 weeks for delivery due to the inability to predict large purchases and inventory reductions. We have many amazing products and our inventory is constantly replenished. However, we cannot guarantee current stock availability as our items sell very quickly. |
