Delivery:
All orders are processed and shipped 2-3 days after payment has been confirmed.
Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Holidays may extend delivery up to 3 days.
We send out confirmation emails with tracking # for every order. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam box.
Refunds & Returns:

If your not completely satisfied with your product for any reason you may return for a refund. Please email us within 10 days of delivery, refund issued when item is returned undamaged and in original box. Shipping & processing charges are not refundable.
On rare occasion if you should receive a defective item, email us within 10 days and we will send you a prepaid label to ship it back to us and your item will be replaced or fully refunded.
