Shipping/Handling Policy:
Butler Jewelry will ship your order anywhere in the United States. The charge for shipping and insurance, using the post office priority mail is $7.00.The cost of express mail (next day) is $18.80.
Customers outside of the United States please email us at Butlergold@aol.com for current rates.
Because we custom make each piece of jewelry to your specifications,please allow five (5) working days to finish and ship your order.We will e-mail an estimated shipping date to you along with your confirmation notice.
If you order more than one item, we will ship all other items at no additionial charge! |
Return Policy:
Your Satisfaction is our Guarantee! From the time you receive your purchased item you have 5 days to return it to us in the same condition as purchased for a full refund. We do not consider the item sold until you are 100% happy with your purchase. Should you choose to send the item back to us then when we receive it in the same condition as we sent it out then you will receive a full refund minus the shipping cost.
